Router assigns new IP addresses, so communication to eve®is lost. This happens occasionally as the router refreshes.
Switch the router OFF and ON again. Remove the Ethernet cable from the touch screenbioreactorand the router and plug it in again. Now check the IP address assigned at the touch screen (System/Maintenance tab). Enter this IP address ineve®. If this is persistent problem, fixed IP addresses can be assigned but always check with the IT department in case certain address ranges are pre-allocated to specific tasks.
