The absolute temperature depends on the model and the operating conditions. Please refer to the technical details page for the shaker model that you are interested in, e.g. Multitron Pro. The range below ambient temperature is listed there. 

"Ambient" refers to the temperature actually present around the machine, which in many cases is much different from the temperature indicated by the room thermostat. To reach the lowest temperature which is possible, the incubator shaker must be installed in a way that the hot air can escape easily from the cooling system.
